G.A.T.E. began its journey in the year 2009 at Berhampur, the Silk City of Odisha, Gandhi Academy of Technology and Engineering is managed by Tarini Educational Trust . It is approved by AICTE New Delhi, Affiliated to BPUT, Rourkela, Odisha and SCTE & VT, Odisha. The Institute works with a mission to provide quality education of international standards for producing technocrats and future leaders in a disciplined and conducive environment as an integral part of our social commitment to promote education globally. The campus spareds over an area of 20 acres. It has its own hostel separately for boys & Girls .
